Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services for children and families impacted by autism and other developmental disabilities.
As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
Analyze data and make clinical decisions based on objective evidence
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers
Maintain clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports
Uphold BACB standards and ethical guidelines in all service delivery
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Virginia State licensure
1–2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment
